Question: Does it matter how many calories you burn over time?

By that, I mean- can I work out for five hours today if I know I won’t be able to work out the rest of the week, and have it balance out. Or, do I need to burn a consistent amount per day to lose weight?

This picture is so motivating to me. It just goes to show that the number on the scale is not always the most important thing. You can weigh the same thing you did before but muscle and being fit will look so much better.
