A goal without a deadline is just a dream.

According to http://www.losertown.org/eats/cal_act.php (found on matchstickmolly.com), I should be 133.47 on November 29 if I consume 1500 calories a day and I exercise 3-5 times a week.

A goal without a deadline is just a dream. So, allowing for human error (days I don’t exercise or days where I go above my calories a day), I want to be 135 by December 1st.
